Rain Forest
These round looking objects are dried up leaves. They made really interesting balls in the rain forest.
Leaf Cutter ant. We saw a whole bunch of them moving along into the ant hole. Really interesting. We had 3 bridges like these that we walked over. The sea urchin looking pod is called a monkey comb, because monkey's use them to scratch themselves.

We took a jeep trip into the country side. Here is an iguana, one of the howler monkey's we saw, the view from the hill top in Tamarindo, and Rose our buff tour guide.
This was a really hip outdoor bar, next to the water. Notice the sofa's and big pillows. Cassie-took this for you of Dad's amazing caprese salad. Also just a picture of the grounds at the resort. It's doubled in size since we were last there, 6 years ago.
This is the pool at the resort. It probably was my favorite part. Jim looks good and these are some of our friends...we've been on about 6 trips with.
This is the beach by the hotel. There was even a swing along the beach.
